I have been an LMT (licensed massage therapist) since 2008, learning year by year, moment by moment, and expanding my bodywork practice with each shift that arises. I am a Jewish, white, queer, trans person and my bodywork practice is centered around and prioritizes acceptance of all bodies, races, genders and identities.

I am experienced and fluent in: Swedish, deep tissue, tui na, medical massage, reflexology and manual lymphatic drainage. I also practice a modality called orthobionomy (OB) which is a trauma informed subtle energetic modality working with the proprioceptive nervous system response. It is gentle, holistic, and helps ease chronic pain. Along with OB, I am currently in classes for my evolving craniosacral therapy practice and can perform craniosacral work, should you choose to integrate that into the session.

I am pre/post natal certified and have worked extensively doing scar tissue massage.

I aim to create a space of healing and recognition in my bodywork practice.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If there is a late cancellation for any non COVID related reasons, you will be charged half of your chosen rate.
